NINE AND A HALF CHAPTERS
1/1
Nine and a half Chapters is a film and installation piece that gets its narrative and shape from its sites. Some of its nine sites are the disused R1 nuclear reactor space underground below the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm; a house on a rock on the west coast of Sweden; a hole in the ice in Greenland; an abandoned goldmine in the south of Spain, and more. The project is an attempt to explore our relationship with nature, the collision between our self-centred view of our place in the world and the idea of Deep Time. It is partly funded by Kulturrådet.
